In particular, men facing the psychological weight of a prostate cancer diagnosis or struggling with sexual health concerns benefit deeply from my dual perspective as a counsellor and a survivor. I offer compassionate, understanding support for these sensitive issues.

I also specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed by chronic stress including; generalized anxiety or panic disorders, providing them with the tools to manage their stress without sacrificing their career or personal lives. My sessions are most effective for those who are ready to move beyond just talking about their problems and are looking for a collaborative, practical approach to regaining their sense of self and emotional peace. I work with male and female clients over 18 years of age.
